StuffBucket is a personal capture and retrieval app for text snippets, links, and documents. Organize everything with tags and collections, archive web content to reduce link rot, and optionally use AI to suggest tags.

Capture everything
- Save snippets, links, and documents from inside the app.
- Use share extensions on iOS and macOS to import quickly.
- Import Safari bookmarks on macOS.
Preserve links
- Store HTML snapshots so important pages remain readable.
- Track archive status as full, partial, or failed.
- Open local snapshots first, with fallback strategies when needed.
Search and organization
- Tag items with case-insensitive de-duplication.
- Use collections based on
collection:tags. - Run full-text search with filters for type, tag, collection, and source.
Optional AI assistance
- Bring your own API key for OpenAI or Anthropic.
- AI calls are manual and user-initiated.
- Suggested tags are reviewable before applying.
