PawnPilot runs on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share personal data from app usage.

1. Data processed on device

• Images you choose to open or drag into PawnPilot are processed locally to detect the chessboard and position.
• The chess engine runs locally on your Mac.
• PawnPilot does not require an account.

2. Data we do not collect

• No analytics tracking.
• No advertising SDKs.
• No third-party telemetry.
• No behavioral profiling.

3. Network and sharing

• PawnPilot does not send gameplay, board positions, or imported images to our servers.
• We do not share app data with data brokers or advertising partners.

4. Retention and security

• Board analysis and game state are handled locally on your device.
• Recent image references are temporary and app-local.

5. Support communications

If you email support, we receive the information you include in that email so we can respond.

6. Children

PawnPilot does not collect personal information from children and does not include direct user-to-user communication features.
